SIFTED

In the book of Luke in the Bible, Jesus tells his disciples that Satan has asked to sift them, as one would sift wheat on a threshing room floor, to separate the good from the bad. Jesus then encourages his disciples by telling them that he has prayed for them that their faith would not fail.

We’re going to be taking a look at ways that God shakes us out of our comfort zone, refines us and builds up the muscle of our faith for what might be coming…

Ever been hustled? If you’ve played pool, a pick-up game with the Momentum Staff or had an in-home demonstration for a vacuum cleaner, you probably have. Way back in the day in the book of Genesis (from the Bible), there was this dude named Jacob. He was a slick dude, hustling anyone who crossed his path. Funny thing is, God was able to use this “Natural-Born Hustler” to play a key role in God’s plan for humanity.
